  • No physical items will be shipped

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Claim the artwork as your own creation

6. Relationship with PortraitXAI.com

PortraitXAI.in operates as a digital product store, while PortraitXAI.com is our primary platform for generating AI-based images.

All products sold here may be created using PortraitXAI.com but are sold independently through this platform.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including digital artwork, designs, and visuals available on this website, are the intellectual property of PortraitXAI LLP.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership, only usage rights as defined in these Terms.

8. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable

  • Once a file has been downloaded, refunds or cancellations are not possible
